Life Hack: Motivate your workouts

Looking for a way to motivate yourself during your workout? Add some music! (approximately 25-40 minutes depending on your song selection).

For a workout: Start off with slower paced music (3 songs increasing in speed and intensity). Add faster music with more bass and or pulse (4 songs increasing in speed and intensity and reaching maximum intensity). Add music that is starting to decrease in intensity and starts to slow it’s pace (3 songs). Add songs that are slow and calming to cool down (2 songs).
